What operating system does the computer come with?
We do not offer any software along with the rented systems, because of the varied nature of demand.
Is transporting included in the cost of the rental?
If the rentals are within Colombo limit,free of charge.
Can you pro-rate (package rates) the rental cost?
Yes, we do pro-rate corporate rentals.
Does the computer come with different kinds of Display?
Yes.
Does the laptop have all the facilities?
Depends on the model
Do you have an operational lease program?
Not on short-term rentals (under 24 months). However, we do offer long-term 24 and 36-month leases with various buyout options.
How quickly can I get the equipment?
Depending on where you are located, we offer same or next day service throughout the city.
What is included with the rental?
All of our products are a la carte. Keyboard and mouse are included with all desktop units. Multimedia accessories however would be given only on order and with appropriate adjustment of rental rates.

We offer technical support in following manner:

Does the computer have Internet access?
We can provide a modem, but we do not offer Internet service. You must have your own ISP.

We have our office at 36th Kirula Road,Colombo -05,Srilanka.
What is the minimum rental period?
We have daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual rental rates.
Do you rent to individuals?
We generally rent only to corporate clients. However, in the case of some individuals we may rent subject to certain conditions.
Eg: Deposits equivalent to cost of the computer.
Do you offer insurance?
We do not offer insurance. You are responsible for the equipment while you are renting.
What equipment do you rent out?
We offer on rent all types of computers, servers, laptops, printers and computer accessories as described in the ‘Products’ section. We also are open to client specifications in terms of brand and vendor provided the order is for a period in excess of one year.
Do you have ties up at other cities?
We have ties up at Hyderabad and Delhi with other associates
Do you provide international service for laptops?
We provide branded laptops with international warranty in case of problems you might have to take laptops to the nearest service centers.
